A tip for the noobies but receiver spotlight works very well on next gen madden. If somebody is just killing you with one receiver then receiver spotlight him.

Cover 3 can be your friend......So can manually beating the crap out of them when in air with a hard hitter weapon using the low hitstick. Lots of drops. Still, i feel for you on the jetpackers. I barely beat the Colts a while back since Wayne and Harrison both can do it with ease.

you can stop them like 8/10 times. just do qb contain so they cant leave pocket. do a cover 4 and take the safety and go for the pick. works nice with cardinals since andre wilson has 100 jumping. easy picks

i dont know about you, but whens its like 3rd - 10, and i use sharpers ability to read the offense and i see the play hes gonna run and the person hes gonna pass to, i spot light this dude and comit to pass and it never fails that he will pass it to this dude, and the dude will catch it for a first down, seems like when i comit, and spotlight and all that crap all on 1 dude, the defense fucks it up and never covers that guy correctly. maybe its jus the vikings horrible pass defense but it seems like they are better when i dont do all that

wow u guys sound sorry... i know i was a madden "god" on ps2 , but ehhhh jetpacking's hella-easy to stop. with good nanos, and user, spotlight, good coverage, and computer hitsticks, i barely have any problem with it.... i only been playing since xmas, but if u think u got a problem with jetpacks ,then u gonna throw ur xbox when u run into a guy with a good rocket catch... that can be done against triple coverage, n theres no real great way to stop it other than nanos n spotlight n good cov... so trust me jetpacking shouldnt be the worst of ur worries..

ya thats what you would think huh, they got all these dudes, but the vikes are like 3rd-4th worse team in the game,they are way underrated it sucks, and ranked like 28-29 pass defense in nfl
