The 4-4 cover 1 in TEN pb is a very nice play you can do many differnt setups with it. what i like to do with it is first blitz the first time to show your opp that your not scared to bring heat. ex. BNR and then take both MLB's put them in the A gap and blitz them. you should get good heat. do that twice or so. now here comes the good part. if you think he is going to pass. BNR and then put the MLB's in the a gap but DONT blitz them put them in a zone you like. your opp will be thinking that you are going to blitz but once he sees your dropping back into coverage he wont know what to do... You can do this with other plays in the 4-4 but i like cover 1 the most
