San Diego, CA (Sports Network) - The San Diego Chargers have acquired wide
receiver Chris Chambers from the Miami Dolphins in exchange for a 2008 second-
round draft choice.
Chambers should provide a a major spark to a Chargers passing game which ranks
19th in the NFL in yards per contest (221.5).
"We are very excited to add Chris to our team," said Chargers general manager
A.J. Smith. "He brings a wealth of experience and outstanding production. He
is an extremely talented football player and we have held him in high regard
throughout his career."
Chambers has caught 31 passes for 415 yards this season. For his career,
Chambers ranks fourth in Dolphins history in receptions (405), receiving yards
(5,688) and touchdown receptions (43).

i remember a game you got mad at me cuz i jet packed twice...
anyways i like this trade cuz miami sucks and needs the pick, and the chargers needed the receiver cuz parker is out (but would still need chambers even with parker uninjured though haha) .
And hopefully chambers gets some fantasy numbers now... |
