97) Defense Rocket Catch – Third Way
a) Pick the Play Nickel Normal – Quarters Safe.
b) Freeze the defense. Bump and Run.
c) Shift the LB’S to the right side of the TV Screen.
d) Place your CB’S in short zones.
e) Coverage Audible your safeties to play the middle.
f) (Optional) Pinch the Line and Crash the line (your choice).
