I been trying this defense since the game has came out and instead of getting better it seems im getting worse. The defense is the 3-4 and i cant stop the run nor can i bring heat on the offense to disrupt there flow. So i ask is there a way to get better at playing this defense or is there a way to be able to stop the run from this defense set. The redskins and the bears are my teams who i try to play the 3-4 as. So if anyone has a thought on how to work this defense and to be able to get better then chim in and thanks for answering my post alc
