1) pick any quarters play
2) audible down to the play nickel 3-3-5 de contain
3) many different setups after this i like to hit R! then right stick up so i got 2 guys in yellow zones. u can also put these guys in purple zones
4) control nose tackle and lurk wherever u think they will pass
