| I recomendd switching to 3-4 you will never shut someone who is good at running down with 46. If you switch to 3-4 i can help you there |

| 46 normal, cover 3. drop both DE's in spies, and man the DT's up on the FB, user a LB. |

| if they run on u a lot u can always go to man coverage and blitz a couple players like a safety and a corner.. i dont know the 46 pb so i dont know any plays but i love to play man coverage against people who run all day.. |

| I think man does a better job against the run. Keep with the 4-6 it is definetly the best defensive playbook. |
