With most 3-4 plays you can make a nano simply by doing a few small steps.

1. Scoot your line inward
2. Blitz your Nose Tackle forward
3. Bring the 2 MLBs on both sides of the NT and blitz them forward.
Its really easy and your only blitzing 5.

You may also need to change some zones of players who arnt blitzing if you feel your opponent is attacking a ceratin area.

even though i dont use 3-4 ill try it out see if its any good
