You can run this out of ANY 46 play that doesnt blitz, i usually run it out of Cover 2 Hawk, Cover 3 Press, or Cover 4
Set Up ( Im saying positions by how you look at the screen.)
Make LE contain, Re Blitz the other 3 lineman down. Take the Down safety or a LB and place him on the line in between the Right DT and Right DE. Try to place him a little closer to the Right DE.
This play provides good zone and easy pressure. If the QB roles right, there dead and if they role left the LE is waiting in contain.
