the fake blitz scheme is a scheme that isn't widely used. it consists
of coming out in a formation with 4 Downlineman, and blitzing one or
two of the people in hook zones. if you blitz one person, make sure you
kinda use the shadow blitz, but start to run forward, then drop back
into coverage(I got this from watching the blitzes out of nickle where
the Lineman drop into coverage) if you blitz 2 people, do the same
thing except pinch the Dline in and put the actual blitzing LB on the
side w/o the TE(if there are 2 TE's put him on the #1 TE's side. Jason
Witten's side if you play the boyz) you put you guy right behind the
RDE(left of the screen) the line should think some1 is gonna blitz and
try to adjust to it. I will be posting my offensive scheme next week
when I'm off from school for Christmas break. I forgot to mmention to
re-blitz your WHOLE Dline. if you rebliz the Dline, the line
pretty much breaks down and some1 gets in for a sack, or makes the QB
throq quicker than he wants to. DON'T USE AGAINST 5WR SETS WR sets will kill this unless you blitz a guy in a flat zone, and then
you blitz a guy in a hook zone and control him. I advise the blitzing 6
pppl and controlling the LB, cuz it gets pressure to the QB alot
quicker than the other. the only downside is that if you can't play LB
then you might wanna stick to the regular 5 man rush.
