This is a man coverage play, but a very good one. This is what you do:
Slide your Dline to the left.
Blitz your LDT(on the screen, should be #2DT in the depth chart)
move the blitzing CB between the LDE and LDT(on screen)
Make the RDE(on screen) contain.
