A-Gap Heat from any 3-4 Defensive Play:

3-4 Normal
Pinch the Defensive Line
Reblitz the Defensive Line untill they are all blitzing straight down (some plays only the NT needs to be reblitzed)
Blitz either ILB and place them over the NT so their inner hand is touching the NT's butt
Blitz the OLB on the same side as the ILB you just blitzed

3-4 Under
Pinch the Defensive Line
Reblitz the Defensive Line untill they are all blitzing straight down (some plays only the NT needs to be reblitzed)
Blitz the RILB (is on the left on the screen) over the NT so his left hand is on the NT's butt (his left not yours)
Blitz the ROLB (is on the left on the screen)

3-4 Over
Pinch the Defensive Line
Reblitz the Defensive Line untill they are all blitzing straight down (some plays only the NT needs to be reblitzed)
Blitz the LILB (is on the right on the screen) over the NT so his right hand is on the NT's butt (his right not yours)
Blitz the LOLB (is on the right on the screen)

3-4 Solid
Reblitz the Defensive Line untill they are all blitzing straight down (some plays only the NT needs to be reblitzed)
Blitz either ILB and place them over the NT so their inner hand is touching the NT's butt
Blitz the OLB on the same side as the ILB you just blitzed

3-4 Stack
Pinch the Defensive Line
Reblitz the Defensive Line untill they are all blitzing straight down (some plays only the NT needs to be reblitzed)

Shift them either right or left
Pace the LB who is on the side you shifted the LBs over the NT in the posistion used in the other plays

These plays blitz 5 defenders, but only one defender shoots the A-Gap. To get two players to shoot the A-Gap blitz both ILBs not just one (you only have to move the ILB mentioned above though).

For Dollar Normal to get two defenders through the A-Gap follow these steps.

Place one of the LBs over the NT in the posistion described in the other plays
Blitz the NB on the side of the LB who is stacked over the NT
