| I hate spectacular catch receiver ea did a poor job on this because i feel if u have a defender right near him he should be able to hit him without a problem and not wate till he comes down with it. yea some times the defender hits the receiver but 8 out of 10 time he doesnt..i just hope next madden 09 will have better AI on the defender part |

If u quickly control the Defensive player closest to the WR and hit stick him by the legs in mid air, they drop it most of the time, unless its Moss. |

| yea sometimes u get lucky and other times he does it after he catches the ball and stright misses him so u got a 50 50 chance of hiting him |

| no not really that can work but normally doesnt hitstick does work sometime though. it can be tough to stop |

| even strafe and hitsticking doesnt work for me. every now and again itll jar it loose, but not enough to stop it. i gave up on going for picks or playing the ball, its impossible. the best thing i could figure is dont give the qb enough time to throw it, plain and simple |

| double team him,press him, and spotlight, it will get picked a lot and if not, they will hit him hard |
