ok so ive been strugglin on defense alot and i really need some help on defense basically all i run is a cover 3 or a cover 4 outta the 3-4 is my basic defense and it depends who im playin if it works or not but it has not been workin at all lately and people have gotten to much time and rightly so with a 3 man rush.....

so i was wondering if someone could maybe help me out, please like a NG mod or someone, someone who actually knows what he is talking about, what i want is i want to mix in these plays (cover 3 and cover4) with a good blitz and another good coverage

if you could help out it would be greatly appreciated

loose the 34 defense it sucks

use 46

46 bear is a nice D to run.. and then 46 norm with the speed package

im not a mod but i know what im talkin about....LOL any ways a very good zone is nickle 245 9 velcro and u prolly all ready know the max sting blitz from dollar but if not there good to through in every now and then hope i helped

first...the 3-4 is still a pretty tight defense to run depending on your team. i have used the 4-6 and i must admit....it has some awesome plays in there to bring the heat...but....it is still weak in some areas as well. i like the 3-4 because you can bring some heat from various LBs or even the CBs without your opponent knowing where it is coming from. here is one of many plays that i like to use:

3-4 Solid: Clamp & Go

-Shift the D-line to your left
-Blitz the LBs
-Manually control the FS...watch deep
