Come out in a cover 4 or really any type of zone. Take your outside corners and MANUALY audible them to man up the their facing WRs. You have great coverage PLUS you got the dangerous WRs manned up. On the negative, this may leave the flats fairly open pending on what type of zone you use.

you probably won't have time to manually switch both corners to their man because u know most ppl on madden snap the ball fairly quick

u have plenty of time to do this, write when ur defense is coming out, just go to ur corners...it is faily quick to do this.
