sometimes when im tryin to get into XBL i go to login and it says cannot connect..so i test the connection. IT recognizes my connection and IP but it says Failed next to DNS.

anyone know how to fix this?

only thing i can say is, restart your internet modem..turn if off for aobut 5 mins..then turn it back on...

if u have a router...unplug the power and plug it back in...that kind of thing happens to me sometimes with my ps3

unplug both or reset both router n modem my frined has this problem his is wireless idk if urs is?

turning off the power to the modem worked.
