Ok lets do some matching up.

Boston
C- Kevin Garnett 22.4 ppg
PF- James Posey/Glen Davis 7.7 ppg/17.7(college)
SF- Paul Pierce 25 ppg
SG- Ray Allen 26.4 ppg
PG- Rajon Rondo 3.8 ppg

Cleveland
C- Zydrunas Ilgauskas 12.6 ppg
PF- Drew Gooden 11.4 ppg
SF- Lebron James 25.1 ppg
SG- Larry Hughes 11.3 ppg
PG- Daniel Gibson 1.1 apg ppg

I'd say on paper the Celtics are better.

i'd say that the celtics have no bench and allen, garnett, and pierces averages will all go down. and the fact that they start rajon rondo... not to mention that allen wont last the whole season

yea exactly how sad is it that you just show starters Im not sure that I can say one bench player except glen davis and he isnt going to be a very good nba player since his last year at LSU was not very good and daniel is also misleading he had a good year then got injured and lost his confidence in his shot cause he was a rookie but he got it back in the playoffs and now he is not a rookie I dont expect that to happen..........also we are just talking about offense the celtics Defense is bad and r defense is one of the best in the league

no bench? Tony Allen, Eddie House, Leon Powe, Gabe Pruitt, Kendrick Perkins, Scot Pollard, Brandon Wallace, and Scal are all solid role players. When you have 3 of the top 10 in the league starting on your team you can't afford to have a all star bench. And whats so impressive about Clevelands' bench?

Whats wrong with Rondo? Hes an unbelievable passer and his assists will be through the roof with the talent around him. He is a terrible jumpshooter, but the celtics aren't asking him to shoot.

And why wont Allen last the whole season? This is the first time he doesn't have to carry a team by himself.

And about the averages going down... No shit there going to go down theres 3 superstars on the team now not just 1 guy taking all the shots. The teams averages will all go up considerable and thats all what matters.

Wow how can u even say there defence is bad? Garnett is the best shotblocking center in the biz. Pierce and Ray Allen hold their own. Posey was brought in specifically for defence. Tony Allen and Rajon Rondo are shutdown defenders.

And about Gibson stats being misleading b/c he was a rookie... so was Rondo so thats not a legitimate excuse

for one I agree posey and garnett are good and so is rondo at D but WOW three players are whole team plays D even Z that was horrible at D and mike brown made him a solid defender and he is are worst and sorry but ray allen or paul pierce does not hold there own on D Pierce is a good defender when he wants but he chooses to take many D plays off and uses his energy on offense same with ray but he sucks at D if he trys and about your bench lol Scot pollard wtf he was the last player on are depth chart last year and he is considered one of your best players on your bench lol that says it all right there.......also gibson can shoot and hmmmm also said he was injured or4 did you choose to not read that and he is a shooter I would say rondo will get a better shot this year but everyone knew when he was drafted that he didnt have a good shot and every1 knew gibson does also he is a good defender

our NOTABLE bench: Gibson, Eric Snow (one of the better on ball defenders in the league), Donyell Marshall, Anderson Varajeo (an animal). When i said that boston had no bench. i didnt literally mean no bench. I meant no good bench which was exactly what you proved. You listed Scot Pollard on the bench.. he was our third string center.. he played an astounding 4 minutes last year haha have fun with that!!!

how may titles have the cavs won in the last 10 years hmmmmmm??????? U can get their all u want and lose it feels the same as 1 and done. And we havent had ray allen last 2 games we still won so injuries are not an excuse. And in a 7 game series the celts would wipe the table with the cavs

we just beat dallas 20 mins ago at dallas if larry gives 15 a game and we play are defense like last year we can win a title it will be harder with boston now really good but the only two teams I think that could beat the cavs are Detroit and Boston I think we are way better than every other team in the east

thats the problem though Larry and the pack dont do shit most of the time. they like fans on the court. all they do is watch lebron. like u said if hughes can drop 15-17 a night we could be back but i doubt he keeps it up.
