| Do you think that he is the 3rd best QB in the NFL?
Here are some Stats:
14th in NFL in Passing Yards 3rd In Passing TDs 8th in Least Interceptions (At least 10 games played) 7th in Completion Percentage 2nd in QB Rating 2nd Most Sacked QB (So much for a great O-Line) 12th in Least Fumbles (At least 10 games played)

| is this a fucking joke? of course he is palmer might be a better passer i think ryan leaf could pass pretty good but if u make dumbass decisions and cant control a team that doesnt make u a good qb hasselbeck plays in a grade school conference romo is a joke mcnabb is too inconsistent ben has held our team together all year and even when he started playing bad he singlehandedly brought us back from an 18 point lead |

Exactly. A couple points to add, though...
Steelers probably don't make the playoffs without ben. the O-line gave up 47(?) sacks all regular season, and thats counting bens mobility. he kept alot of plays alive with his scrambling ability, which would have been sacks for QBs like palmer and hasslebeck.
And he certanly didnt screw up the game last night, he's the one that freaking put them back in it. The playcalling was very questionble and WAY too conservative at the end of the game, and in no way can you blame that on ben.
I mean, come on. The defense and special teams were horrible last night. 4th and 2 and you leave the middle of the field wide open for a quarterback thats been scrambling for yards all night....? Which could still go back to playcalling, hence my point.
Is Ben the 3rd best QB? Yes. |
