| Durant is not better then Oden....Durant = Tracy McGrady, great player, good stats, no rings - Oden = Bill Russell, top 5 player to ever play the game, good stats, amazing shot blocker, 12 rings... |

| anyone who says that durant should have been the first pick is an idiot. i would have drafted oden on hype alone. "could be the best big man ever". durant is a weak yet extremely talent player. he is tiny and weak. he has hella good skills though. (in case you didn't hear he was the only player at the combine that couldn't bench press 185 even once.) and how is a kid who weighs 210 in a wet t-shirt play forward against guys twice as strong as him. fool... |

greatest big man ever????? ok hes not gonna be close to Bill Russell or Kareem Abdul Jabar. No1 is coming close to Russell's 11 rings in 13 seasons. And hes not gonna break Jabar's career point record. And about the strenght issue, last time i checked he'd be a sophmore in college this season... he has plenty of time to bulk.

Well Durant is already off to a better start. I'll take a Tracy McGrady type player anyday are u crazy. Again stop comparing him to Russell. Hes not winning any rings with the current team they haveassembled in Portland anytime in this decade. 12 rings?? I know thats an exaggeration, because if its not then ur retarded. The Celtics franchise has 16 world championships in their history and you think Oden's gonna get 4 less than that in a career? And you all are assuming he comes back from a serious surgery and comes back unbeleivable in his "true" rookie season. How mant times have you seen that? So yes on Durant. No on Oden. Oden is going to be an all-star someday, but I can't believe all the hype of him as good as Russell or Kareem. |

i am comparing oden and durant to mcgrady and russel, lol im not saying he will get 12 rings, everyone in this world knows that. I HIGHLY DOUBT anyone will ever get 12 rings again...im just saying thats the comparisons between them....also.. Portland as a very good young core..give them a few years to mature and they could be amazing.. |
