 XBox 360 Headset HELP

I bought a XBox 360 headset off ebay but according to the listing it said it was compatible with PS3. When I opened the box it didnt have a USB cable. Is there an adapter or something to make this headset work on Ps3. It is a motorola NFL coaches headset for XBOX and it has a standard headphone jack. any help is appreciated.

No the description said ps3 compatible but it only has a standard headphone attachment for xbox or pc

I don't think it's gonna work for a ps3 then.....

Isn't ps3 headsets only USB and Blootooth?
