| So ive been labbing different ways to stop the hated qb option. Ive found this:
1. 46 Bear~~~Safety Fire, Engage 8, Crash to a certain side
2. Nickel 1-1-5 (Pats PB)~~~Any kind of Lb Blitzes with a zone
Tell me what you guys think. |

| Nickel 1-1-5, show blitz, control the Safety on top of the screen and roll / spy to the side the option is being run. If the guy runs multiple plays out of it, it is amazingly hard to guard though. Especially against the Titans or Eagles. |

exactly...u wanna try to get some type of zone on the sides just incase someone does a passing play |

QB Contain
Be the DE with the strong side(w/e side the FB is on) Get to the outside where hes supposed to contain the QB. Yor opponent will have no choice but to try and take it between the tackle and the TE. Thats where u fill the hole with your OLB. Thats when your opponent will have to pitch it u should still be the DE and get behind the QB and deflect it |
