What is the best play out of 46?

im looking 4 a really good play that can shut down the run and the pass out of the 46 playbook. Any 1 plz feel free to post ur favorite plays out of the 46 defensive playbook. Add any pre-snap adjustments too if u have them. Thanx...

just normal cover 3 with adjustments depending on what down it is and how many yards they need can be effective against some people

i like using cover 4 outa 46. pinch the line, crash it out.. manually bring down ur lbs and ss so it looks like ur gona blitz but everyone will drop into coverage.. sometimes if im getting RCd a lot i will put my SS in buzz zone and my LB on the left of the screen in a buzz zone as well.
