| man our coaches give us too long of water breaks lolz...we will play for about 20 mins, then 5 min waterbreak..then go hard for about 30 mins 10 min waterbreak....and we can drink water just when waiting to get setup and stuff...im like woooow

cuz they dont want shit like this to happen ...but seriously i was reading that for proper care your supposed to give a water break every 45 min if its a long prac
